"Nikki is the reason why I am canceling my insurance. Her customer service is terrible. She likes to argue she thinks being sarcastic and rude helps the situation. Matt is cool but his employees are trash! I get sick and tired of their crap! During my duration of having State Farm every single employee in his office has messed up and I have been patient, understanding, but they seem to not care is this will hurt his business! Bad enough State Farm is over expensive and after you are over charged you get crappy service! I don’t think so!!!"
